1. Order
It is wholesale.
Please inform us the item code and your selected colors.
We will inform you immediately all information (wholesale price, delivery time, etc.) concerning ordered item by replying with return of E-mail.

T/T bank transfer.
The following terms and conditions of sale and payment requirements are for all customers unless otherwise stated in writing.
1. Minimum quantity for each item: 20 pcs / 1 code.
2. First time you can order 01 pc /1 code for sample.
3. May be free if sample with value under US$5 with your FEDEX account No.
4. for the order with value under US$3,000: Payment term should be T/T before production. 
5. for the order with value over US$3,000 and under US$15,000: Please deposit 30% at before production and T/T 5 days before shipment.
6. for the order with value over US$15,000: We accept to use LC at signed.

3.Returns & Exchanges Policy:
We just accept the question consultation after order arrival by E-mail or a telephone/fax.
Although it is careful enough about the quality control of items, please check the items which we sent to you at the point time of opening.
Please announce connection of returns or exchanges within one week by E-mail, telephone or fax after the order arrival.
We are unable to accept any liability for reparation except the price of items or the shipping cost.
All the products of our company are handmade.
Since the products are not made by machine, size or color tone may sometimes change delicately with items.
Please refrain from returning or exchanging for a reason above.
We are unable to accept returns and exchanges of the items used at once, broken or dirt that the customers make mistake by themselves.
The poor conditions of goods:
1- Dirty or broken items at the point time of items receipt.
2- The item which is different from your order.
